Roscoe's biography
Roscoe hails from Dundee where his father works as an engineer. From an early age he was obsessed with sports and won several medals and awards at school for running,
athletics, diving, swimming and kick boxing.
He trained as a sports coach and has worked all his life in health clubs and fitness centres, most recently becoming leisure centre manager at the Baldornie Castle Country
Club in Dunochart.
Maddy was his ‘ideal woman’ from the minute he met her and their common interests made them inseparable. In 1999 they had a working holiday in Canada as ski instructors
and on their return, Roscoe worked as a private physical trainer before getting the Baldornie job.
Marrying Maddy in 2002, the couple were initially happy without children. When Maddy fell pregnant with twins however their lives changed irrevocably. They became local
celebrities when the unusual duo were born and were featured on the TV and the newspapers.
Roscoe is glad now that all the interest has died down as he enjoys a quiet home life but he can’t imagine why he imagined life without children, he loves his girls and can’t wait
to get home to them every evening.
With Maddy, he likes getting them into as many active pursuits as possible and encourages them to follow their interests.
